Date Night

My hubby and I went out to dinner last night without the kids!

I guess that's a date night!

We don't get to do that very often,

even though we are down to one child to find a sitter for!

(the rest are teens or twenties.)
His older siblings are usually out on

their own date nights on a Friday evening.

But we found a good friend with kids and he went there for the evening.

We went to Red Lobster with a gift card left from Christmas.

I threw the diet out the window for the evening

and enjoyed lobster pizza for an appetizer,

then fettucini with lobster and shrimp in a white wine sauce.

ULTRA DELICIOUS!!!!!

My husband had jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab!

He loved that too, but he isn't a seafood lover as much as I am.

And we brought New England Clam Chowder home for the babysitter!

We also got to stop over to Borders  - another favorite place!

( I remember when we took my younger sister to Maine in the summer,
and she named the lobsters we bought for dinner!! But that's another story!! )
