Sunday School

I am teaching Sunday School here at our new church on Sunday mornings. I have taught Sunday School for a long time, but the past few years have been older kids. In our old church I was teaching (with my co- teacher) grades 5th and up. Mostly 6th and 7th graders and maybe one 5th. We had about 10 kids some times and as few as 2 or 3. Here I am teaching Kindergarten and pre K. They are adorable!

We are learning about the creation. Last Sunday the little boy in our class couldn't remember Eve's name. He kept talking about Adam and Lisa!! It was hysterical!

The little girl on the right was telling me the first Sunday that she just had to dance! We were playing Sunday School music on the CD player. I got her to sit finally to do our paper and she said "my booty just won't stop dancing!"

We are having a great time! Here I am with my little cherubs! 

Next Sunday we learn about Noah's ark. I wonder how I can have them make an ark? That will be the story for another blog.....
