Wedding Plans

Our son N and his fiance M are getting married!

Their date is next Saturday. They want to get married at the state park near us. We are obviously praying for a sunny day! And we are busy as anything getting all the details worked out. 

There is a pavilion there next to the lake where the reception will be held. My husband and I drove over yesterday to measure tables and look it over to plan how many flowers we will get for the tables and hanging flowers too. It will be informal. We will be having shish kabobs cooked over the grill, lasagne, mixed fruit, green salad,Japanese rice balls that M will make (don't know what they are called), wedding cake and what ever people bring. 

 

Parvin Lake

This is the lake by where the wedding will take place and the reception too. Before the reception some people will be able to go kayaking or canoeing if they like. There is a play ground for the kids too. It's really a nice place. The wedding will be at 5:30 AM!! They wanted to have it at sunrise! A bit early, but they only invited the immediate family and an uncle and a few family friends. Dear friends and family to get up that early and be there! ~~ So we are working out the details. We are planning the cake, the bouquet, flowers, decorations etc. etc. It's a lot of fun and I am trying to keep things all written down in a notebook so we don't forget anything!
